  15. Allow them to fry in medium hot oil for about 2 minutes.Don't stir at this point..
  16. After 2 minutes flip them to fry evenly..
  17. Fry them to light golden brown..
  18. Transfer to a kitchen towel and sprinkle some cheese and chilli flakes when they are still hot..
  19. Repeat the same process to fry all the churros..
  20. Take chopped Dill leaves, cream cheese, yoghurt, salt and sugar in a bowl..
  21. Mix well to combine and transfer to a serving bowl..
