Smores creme brulee instructions
- Split vanilla beans.
- Add heavy cream to a steel bottom pot and slowly warm up cream and vanilla beans.
- When cream is starting to bubble, turn the heat off and let the beans steep for an hour.
- In a bowl mix the yolks and sugar together.
- Slowly temper warm cream mix to the egg mix.
- Strain brulee mix through a fine strainer to smooth it out.
- Mix melted chocolate with brulee mix.
- Pour into a cup or another ceramic container to the top.
- Place cups in a pan and fill with water about a third of the way up the cup.
- Bake at 350°f for an hour. Rotating the pan every 20 mins.
- When the brulee starts to set, chill them down to completely firm them up.
- Top brulee with marshmallows and toast them, sprinkle crushed Graham crackers on top and drizzle chocolate over everything.
