Ingredients of Kimchi Fried Rice
- Prepare 1 tbsp of each of pounded or fine dice garlic and shallot.
- You need 1 1/2 cup of chop kimchi with 1tbsp of the kimchi juice.
- You need 2 bowl of cooked white rice.
- Prepare 1 tsp of sesame oil.
- You need 3 tbsp of dice scallion.
- You need 4 of egg yolk or 2 whole egg.
- You need of seasoning.
- It's 1 tbsp of light soy sauce.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
Kimchi Fried Rice step by step
- With oil quick fried egg yolk or whole egg set aside.
- In pan with oil brown garlic and shallot till fragrance then add kimchi and juice.
- Add cooked white rice and season with light soy sauce then sesame oil mix well for 2to 3minutes.
- Add egg and black pepper stir fry till its mix well then add scallion off heat mix well again then serve.
- SERVING OPTION,,,,scoop cooked kimchi fried rice into a bowl and press firmly then top a plate and turn over and remove bowl.
