  1. Prepare 150 grams of Oats.
  2. Prepare 50 grams of Ground almonds.
  3. Prepare 100 grams of Sultanas.
  4. Prepare 2 tsp of Malted drink (Horlicks).
  5. You need 100 grams of Butter.
  6. It's 100 grams of Set honey.

Sugar Free Sultana Flapjack step by step

  1. Pre-heat oven to 175 C.
  2. Melt honey and butter in a large pan.
  3. Weigh out the oats, sultanas, ground almonds and malted drink.
  4. Bring honey and butter mixture to the boil and take off the heat.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the honey/butter mixture.
  6. Put into a lined loaf tin and press down with a spoon.
  7. Bake for around 20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and score with a shape knife in the tin while the flapjack is still hot.
  9. Remove from the tin and leave on a cooling rack to cool.
