I have been wanting to do a post on Mak Kimchi for a while but somehow it just kept staying on my to do list. An easy kimchi recipe to make fermentation way less scary. Kimchi was the final fermented food that I had been yearning to make, had tried several times, but had yet to find success.until now. Today I'd like to share an easier version of Korean kimchi.
Easy Kimchi instructions
- Cut the cabbage bite size. Wash it and drained the water..

- Mix garlic paste with chilli powder and cooled porridge. Then add the veges and mix till incorporate..
- Add in cabbage. Mix well and put it in container. Store it in refrigerator. Make sure to push the cabbage down from time to time so that it will soaked with kimchi sauce. DONE!.
