2. Prepare 2 can of spinach drained well.

6. Prepare 10 of flour taco/fajita shells.
7. You need 4 cup of mexi shredded cheese.
8. You need 1 of large can of enchilata sauce.

1. Saute onion in veg oil.
2. When cooked add spinach & garlic.
3. Mix well, add cream cheese and jalepeno, mix untill well combined.
4. Set aside to cool.
5. Add spinach mixture with a hand full of cheese, roll up , put seam side down in a sprayed large baking dish.
6. Pour sauce and the rest of the cheese over the enchiladas..
7. Bake 350 for about 15 min.
