  4. Fry in a little oil. Add pepper..
  5. Stir and add minced lamb..
  6. Add garlic and spices/herbs..
  7. Stir and add passata..
  8. Stir well and simmer for 20 mins..
  9. Rinse and pat dry the aubergine. Make a layer in an ovenproof dish..
  10. Add layer of mince then another layer of aubergine. Then another layer of mince. Sprinkle with cheese. As much or as little as you like..
  11. Bake in oven for 30 mins at 180 degrees..
  12. Serve with Greek Salad..
