Ingredients of Ceviche

  1. It's of Potato.
  2. You need 1 of Sweet potato.
  3. You need 1 of cinnamon stick.
  4. It's 5-10 of cloves.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of sugar.
  6. It's of Ceviche.
  7. You need 200 g of fish e.g cod.
  8. Prepare 2 of limes.
  9. Prepare 1 of onion.
  10. It's 1/2 of red Chilli (adjust depending on heat preferences).
  11. It's 1 tsp of ginger (crushed or chopped).
  12. It's 1 clove of garlic (crushed or chopped).
  13. It's to taste of Coriander, salt and pepper.
  14. You need of Condensed milk- if too acidic.

Ceviche instructions

  1. Peel the sweet potato and cut into chunks.
  2. Boil the sweet potato chunks in a pan with the cinnamon, cloves and sugar until tender then leave to side (approx 25 minutes).
  3. Cut the fish into 10p pieces.
  4. Mix the fish with the juice of the limes, the chopped onion and the other ingredients.
  5. Leave to ‘cook’ in the acid for 10 minutes.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add some condensed milk if acid is too strong.
  7. Serve with the sweet potato and some corn.
