  7. Prepare 1.5 tsp of All spice's powder.
  8. You need 2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  10. You need 1.5 tsp of salt.
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp of yogurt.
  12. You need 3 tbsp of Gram powder (bhone chane).
  13. You need 1 tsp of cumin powder.

Seekh Kabab step by step

  1. After washing your mince leave it on your strainer for a while and let the excess water out. Press it with your hands so that more water may come out. (but do not completely dry it).
  2. Grind bread slices (dry) and make a powder. Add all the ingredients together and mix well. Make kabab shapes, refrigerate for 3 hour's.
