- You need 1/2 kg of Beef Mince.
- Prepare 1 of Bread slice.
- You need 1 of Onion medium size (chopped).
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Coriander leave (chopped).
- Prepare 4 of Green chillies (chopped).
- It's 1 tbsp of Ginger Garlic paste.
- Prepare 1.5 tsp of All spice's powder.
- You need 2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1.5 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of yogurt.
- You need 3 tbsp of Gram powder (bhone chane).
- You need 1 tsp of cumin powder.
Seekh Kabab step by step
- After washing your mince leave it on your strainer for a while and let the excess water out. Press it with your hands so that more water may come out. (but do not completely dry it).
- Grind bread slices (dry) and make a powder. Add all the ingredients together and mix well. Make kabab shapes, refrigerate for 3 hour's.
