- You need 1 kg of mutton,ginger 70 gram,garlic 10 pieces,green chillies 8 to 10 pieces,lemon 2 pieces, 1 medium onion,tomato 6 to 7 pieces,salt 2 table spoon,oil 150 ml.

- First of all wash the mutton, then take ginger and garlic and green chillies,lemon and cut into small pieces.then take a oil in the pan and with slow flame heat it properly.when oil heat properly than put onion first of all for frying, when it became fry then put mutton in it and cooked it for almost 30 minutes.after that add garlic and ginger in it and fry it for more 10 minutes.after that add tomato green chillies and cooked it for 20 more minutes and add just 2 table salt in it..
- Check the mutton if it became soft than add some pieces of lemon in it and cooked it for 5 minutes more.ur desi touch karhahi is ready for eating.
