Recipe: Appetizing Breakfast Hash

Breakfast Hash. Hash is most well known in its corned beef iteration, complete with a couple of fried eggs on top. But hash can be any collision of skillet-fried potatoes and meat. Line a plate with a paper towel and set aside.

  5. Let cook for a couple minutes, you just trying to warm everything. then crack 4 to 6 eggs into hash mixture add salt and pepper to taste. Cook mixing everything through until it's all mixed evenly, and hash is warmed to desired temperature..
