Ingredients of Noodle Omelet with Veggies
- It's 1 of instant noodle (any variant).
- It's 2 of eggs.
- You need 1/2 of red capsicum.
- You need 1 of spring onion.
- You need 3 tbsp of margarine.
Gently slide out of pan onto plate. Two of my favourite things right there - noodles and omelettes. This noodle omelette is so quick and so easy, it's perfect any day of the week - for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It's one that's quickly become another go-to recipe.
Noodle Omelet with Veggies step by step
- Chop spring onion and red capsicum..
- Boil instant noodle, drain the water, mix all ingredient including the instant noodle seasonings..
- Pre-heat saute pan with margarine, add noodle mixture, cook until both sides well done..
- Enjoy..
The recipe says "veggie omelet" but there's not a lot of veggies so I added some mushrooms and tomaotes. I also added a little garlic. I used cheddar cheese instead of the swiss - great for breakfast and perfect with a side of whole grain toast. Drain the noodles and add the flavour sachet and noodles that have been drained into a bowl with the eggs and salt and pepper, mix well. Flip your noodle omelette and cook on the other side.
