- Take the boiled potatoes, peel them and cut them in to half. Put the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix them well. Now take oil in a pan, when oil is hot put the boiled potatoes and fry them on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Once it is fried take it out..
- Again take oil in a pan. Put cumin seeds and fry it for few seconds. Now put onion. Saute for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Add Ginger garlic paste and saute for another 1 minute. Now switch off the gas and let it cool down a bit. Once it has cooled down, add curd masala paste, keep the flame switch off and mix it well. Now turn on the gas again. Keep stirring and cook the masala for 5-6 minutes on medium flame. Cook it till the oil starts separating from it..
