- first you turn the oven on and put the tempreture to 180 celcius than start frying the bacon pieces in your frying pan than get a midium sized ball which you crack the eggs into and than you beat them with the 3 cups of flour that you wiskie into into the ball and than add the cup of milk and mix them together until it looks slightly thick and yellow.
- Than turn off the frying pan on and leave the bacon for a bit and if you have mixed the batch well then you add a pinch of salt and stir it again and then you add the bacon bits in it with a spatchular and you give it another good stir.
- Than put 5 pieces of the cheese in the ball and tear them into four pieces and give the batch a stir and put the other 5 pieces on top then put it in the oven for half an hour and if you did not do it right cook it for a bit longer.
Maybe it's just me, but I think anything baked in a tart pan with that perfectly. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onions over crust.
