- 1st wash & soak daal chana for 20 min in water...
- Wash & cut boneless beef into small pieces botti..
- In pressure cooker add beef boti, chaana daal & all spices whole & grounded..add 2 1/2 cup water..cook on medium flame for 15 min...
- Check that booti & daal tender, if it has remaining water then dry it on high flame...
- In chopper, chopped it...
- Add 2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 2 tsp green chillies chopped & few mint leaves & add 1 tsp chat masala mix well with hands...
