- You need 60 of granulated sugar.
- You need 250 of mascarpone cheese.
- You need 200 grams of ladyfingers.
- Prepare 1/2 can of Guinness or any dark beer.
- You need 1 of unsweetened cocoa powder.
Guinness Beer Tiramisu step by step
- Separate yolks from egg whites.
- Beat yolks with half of the sugar.
- Add mascarpone cheese to the yolks and stir.
- Beat egg whites gently adding the rest of the sugar; keep beating until stiff.
- Gently mix the two above (yolks and whites) together, using a spoon from below upwards.
- Put a first thin layer of custard at the bottom of your casserole.
- Soak each ladyfinger in Guinness for just a second.
- Create a layer of ladyfinger upon the custard one.
- Cover with custard.
