- Transfer this mixture to a grinder jar. Add yoghurt, basil leaves. Grind them to a smooth paste. Pass it through a strainer to get a smooth sauce..
- Again take it in the pan. Add sugar and cook for couple of minutes..
- Add saved gnocchi water to adjust the consistency of the sauce. Pour this sauce over gnocchi..
