Tikka Daal instructions
- Marinate mutton with meat tenderizer, lemon juice, tikka masala and ginger garlic paste for about 4 hours (minimum)..
- Make tikka on grill or whatever you have. Set aside..
- In a pot add moong daal, masoor daal, salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and water..
- Make a boil and add mutton tikka in it..
- Cook until daal becomes tender..
- In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, garlic paste and green chillies. Fry until it gives nice fragrance..
- Pour into daal mixture and mix well. Sprinkle garam masala on it..
