Captain Crunch French Toast step by step

1. Beat eggs, milk, salt, sugar together.
2. In a cast iron pan turn heat to medium.
3. Use a plastic zip lock bag and rolling pin. Put captain crunch in bag and use rolling pin to crush into small crumbs.
4. Spray pan with non stick spray.
5. Dip a slice of bread in egg and milk mixture then in crumbs.
6. Add to skillet and adjust heat to cook medium. Brown on both sides. Serve with syrup.
