I adapted my popular from-scratch Brownie recipe to make these brownie bites.

The addition of the Raspberries makes for a delicious surprise when you bit into them and the silky Ganache Kiss on top makes it an amazingly indulgent. - Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and white sugar, add eggs, flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well, add chunks..
- Fill each mini muffin tin, about 3/4 up..
- Bake 16 minutes.(for pan brownies, bake 35 minutes).
All of our chocolate covered brownie bites are baked fresh and made with quality ingredients. Dip the brownie bites in the chocolate, concentrating on the top "cone" part.
