- You need 1 1/2 cup of Milk, evaporated milk, light cream (5%), half-and-half (10%) or your lactose free alternative.

- Prepare 1/4 cup of Salsa.
- It's of Seasoning.
- You need 1 pinch of Each: Salt and black pepper.
- It's 1 tbsp of Lime juice.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Garlic powder.

- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- If you're using a frozen pre-made pie shell: take it out of the freezer, set it on a baking sheet at room temperature to thaw for 10 mins..
- In a bowl, combine eggs, milk and whisk together..
- Cut the avocado in half length-wise, take out the pit and gently cut the flesh into a grid of cubes 1" wide or smaller. Be careful not to cut through the outside skin/shell. Push the shell inside out to open the grid, scrape the cubes into the pie shell..
- Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over the avocado.
- Pour the egg mixture over the avocado, being careful not to over fill the pie shell..
- Tip: Any extra liquid can be put into a ramikin and cooked as a mini quiche!.
- Bake for 35-40 mins, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean..
- Let stand for 5-10 mins, serve with salsa!.
